At CarbonPixel, one of the first things we do after assuming a new project is explain to our client the necessity that he or she be involved in every step of the process. We don’t pretend to know your product better than you do but we do know your audience as well as anyone. It’s a team effort all the way. We consider it our job to help you tell your story as convincingly as possible. It is your job to provide us with the facts. Assuming that you are an expert on your company’s offering and are willing to work with us, we will work the magic.
 
Step 1 – The Company Information Sheet
In order for us to gather the information that we need to judge whether a given company is a candidate for our services, we ask you to fill out our Company Information Sheet.
 
Step 2 – Goals & Objectives
We want to know what you feel that your media should accomplish. It has been said that failing to plan is planning to fail. Many of the horror stories that we’ve heard over the years seem to stem from errors made early on, such as neglecting to state a clear set of goals.
 
Step 3 – Solutions Proposal
After running your goals & objectives through our Solutions Group and determining what we can and can’t do, we talk it over with you and explain our decision-making process. We are happy to submit a formal proposal with the details upon request.
 
Step 4 – Course of Action
At this stage we develop a comprehensive action plan which consists of all timelines, schedules for deliverables, and designation of project manager and authorized decision-makers within your company. We also develop a strategic approach for completion which is unique to each company.
 
Step 5 – Project Management
This is where we begin to take full advantage of our internal organizational structure. We utilize tools such as out company intranet, which allows us to communicate effectively with our Solutions Group managers and developers so that we can complete everything on schedule and to specification.
 
Step 6 – Final Quality Assurance Check
At this stage we review all work that has been completed and double check everything using the resources of our Quality Assurance team. Performing these tasks ensures that nothing is left to chance and gives peace of mind to all involved.
 
Step 6 – Maintain & Improve
Our work does not end upon completion or launch of the project. We understand that our reputation is staked upon the results that our media achieves. As we’ve stated before, we treat media as a living, breathing entity. Therefore, it requires maintenance and upkeep to remain effective and achieve the desired results.
